Reservations & Waitlist
We’d love to have you book through the INLINE online reservation system! Just choose the branch you’d like to visit, along with your date and party size, and you can complete your booking within the time slots the system has available.
Seats fill up quickly on weekends, holidays, and popular dining times, so we recommend booking early to make sure you and your friends can enjoy a relaxed time together.
Don’t worry, there’s still a chance! Every one of our branches sets aside 50% of seats for walk-in waiting, so you’re welcome to come by in person and add your name to the waitlist.
You can sign up on the spot and take a stroll around the neighborhood while you wait — we can’t wait to see you at the shop!
Thank you so much for your patience! To keep the seating process running smoothly, we use the INLINE 24-hour online reservation system. The phone number you leave is mainly used to confirm your identity, so we don’t seat the wrong party. When your spot in line is coming up, the INLINE system will send an automated voice call — so please keep an eye out for it.
On holidays, long weekends, and whenever we’re fully booked, so that as many Coffee Alley friends as possible get a chance to be seated, the standard seating time is 90 minutes.
If there are no follow-up reservations or waiting guests, we’re happy to be flexible based on the situation on the day — so please relax and enjoy your meal.

Absolutely! Coffee Alley is a great fit for get-togethers with friends, family gatherings, birthday celebrations, and small events. Arrangements for large-group reservations, private rooms, or bigger tables vary by branch space, date, time slot, and party size, so we recommend confirming with the branch first via online booking or phone.
For reservations of 8 or more, the booking system will automatically calculate a reservation deposit based on whether it’s a weekday or holiday, and the reservation is confirmed once payment is complete. If you need a private room (Station Front branch) or special event arrangements, we recommend contacting the branch early so we can help arrange a suitable seating area and dining time.
If you need to adjust your party size, date, or time, we recommend reaching out as early as possible through the original reservation system or directly with the branch. Whether changes can be made depends on that day’s bookings, seating layout, and on-site arrangements.
If your group grows at the last minute, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on-site, but it will still depend on seat availability at the time — thank you for your understanding.
Charges & Offers
The minimum charge in-store is one drink per person (cold or hot both count; food does not go toward the minimum charge).

Children under 115 cm tall or aged 6 and under are not included in the minimum charge — so bringing your little ones along is absolutely no problem!
Dining in has an additional 10% cleaning service charge. This helps us maintain the quality of our dining service, keep the space tidy, and run smoothly on-site — thank you for your support and understanding.
Takeaway food and drinks are exempt from the 10% cleaning service charge, so feel free to choose dine-in or takeaway to suit your plans.
Of course! Join Coffee Alley’s OCARD membership, or add our LINE@ official account and link your phone number, to receive a birthday gift and a variety of exclusive offers. You can also redeem more member rewards as your spending adds up — we hope to make every visit even more worthwhile.
Birthday gifts, member offers, and the rules for using them follow the membership system’s current announcements; we recommend letting our staff know and showing the relevant details in advance to make redeeming your offer as smooth as possible.
Yes! Coffee Alley regularly rolls out OCARD member offers, brand events, gift vouchers, and e-voucher deals. If you hold a meal voucher, e-voucher, redemption coupon, or a partner-platform offer, please show it when you order so our staff can help confirm how it’s used.
Each offer, gift voucher, and e-voucher usually comes with terms such as eligible branches, expiry dates, weekday/holiday restrictions, and whether they can be combined — please refer to the voucher page or event announcement for the actual usage details.
Our branches currently support a range of payment methods, so feel free to choose whichever is most convenient:

cash, JKOPay, LINE Pay, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), and TWQR QR-code payment.
The payment methods actually available still depend on each branch’s on-site equipment and announcements.
Food & Service
Thank you so much for coming! To make sure everyone in the shop can enjoy their full meal at ease, we have a last order time of one hour before closing. For a branch that closes at 20:00, for example, the last order time is 19:00.

This is so you have plenty of time to savor your meal, rather than eating in a rush. If you expect to arrive later, we recommend calling ahead to confirm that day’s last order time — we’d be glad to hold a seat for you.
Opening hours vary slightly by branch, so feel free to call or check each branch’s page for the latest information.
Of course! If you can’t finish your meal, just let our staff know and we’ll be happy to pack it up nicely for you, so you can keep enjoying it at home.
Yes — here’s some vegetarian information for your reference:

· Our signature waffles and egg salad sandwich are both ovo-lacto vegetarian, suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians.
· The OMNIPORK series is five-pungent vegetarian (allowing the five pungent spices); please see each branch’s menu for details.
· We don’t currently offer fully vegan options — we’re sorry for any inconvenience, and please feel free to ask us anytime.
Coffee Alley dishes may contain egg, dairy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, seafood, or other common allergens. If you have special dietary restrictions or allergies, we recommend letting our staff know before ordering, and we’ll help you find a more suitable option.
Because our kitchen is a shared work environment, there may still be a risk of cross-contact; if you have a severe allergy, we recommend assessing carefully before ordering.
We offer takeaway on our entire menu, and takeaway is exempt from the 10% service charge — a great deal! For now, we don’t offer regular delivery for standard orders, so we apologize for any inconvenience.
To save on waiting time, feel free to call ahead to place your order and simply pick it up in store — easy and convenient.
Yes! Coffee Alley can help arrange takeaway meal boxes, group meals, meeting catering, or corporate orders to suit your needs. The items, quantities, pickup times available, and whether we can help with delivery depend on each branch’s staffing, ingredient prep, and operations on the day.
We recommend inquiring at least 3 days ahead for up to 20 boxes, and at least 7 days ahead for up to 50 boxes. For holidays, peak event seasons, or special meal requests, we recommend getting in touch even earlier; the actual order still depends on branch confirmation.
In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, all indoor areas at every Coffee Alley branch are completely non-smoking — thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Yes! Every branch offers free Wi-Fi — please feel free to use it.
Just ask our staff for the login and password, and enjoy browsing while you sip your coffee.
Families & Pet-Friendly
Of course you’re welcome! Coffee Alley is a great fit for family meals and dining with children. If your group includes infants or young children, or needs an easy-access seat, we recommend noting it when you book, or letting our staff know when you arrive, and we’ll help arrange based on the seating available.

If the on-site flow and seating space allow, we can help arrange for strollers to come inside. That said, each branch differs in space, table spacing, and peak-hour foot traffic, so it will still depend on the situation on-site.
If your group has a baby stroller, we recommend noting it when you book, so the branch can assess a suitable spot in advance.
Yes, Coffee Alley welcomes your furry friends to dine with you! To protect everyone’s dining experience, please keep pets in a carrier, tote bag, or pet stroller when inside, and owners are asked to stay with and watch over them the whole time.
Please also help keep pets off tables and chairs, away from other guests, and away from tableware. If we’re full or seating is tight, the branch will help arrange a more suitable spot based on the situation.
